Today, I got a y ea r older.... meaning, another year filled with memorable and happy moments passed by again... For my birthday, I got twenty-four pieces of t wo-toned Fuschia and Baby Pink Ecuadorian roses... I can't believe the size of these flowers.. They're ev en b igge r than my fist curled up. They're humongous and equally gorgeous... Leihson sent me this beautiful bo uquet together with a special cake, a big gall on of chocolate ice crea m and two delicious home-cooked seafoods ~ squid adobo and sweet/spicy shrimps, all done by his mother, Nanay Lut, an exceptional cook, by the way... There are no words to define how grateful I feel for the way these people remembered me.. At work, me and my officemates together with some of ou r friends shared a small blow-out celebration. It was a tiring day but a happy one.. I got to wish 3 times as I blew my magic bday candle. How I wish my next birthdays would be as wonderful as today... =) Growing older ain't that ...
